This is a response to a letter from Masaye Mayeno, requesting a rehearing for her husband Kunizo who was being held in a Department of Justice internment camp.

This letter was sent from Kunizo Mayeno in the Lordsburg internment camp, New Mexico, to his wife Masaye at the Minidoka concentration camp, Idaho.

The garden of the Maneki restaurant in Seattle, owned and operated by an Issei couple, Kida and Yone (usually known as Oshizu) Iwasauke.
